Gary Frost
Originally from Weston Super Mare, England, Gary’s love for the ocean began in his seaside hometown. In 1999, he embarked on a global diving journey, gaining experience in destinations like Gibraltar, the Red Sea, Thailand, Cozumel, and Bermuda. In 2001, Gary settled in the Cayman Islands, where he met Liz. Together, they founded Living The Dream Divers in 2008, aiming to offer unparalleled diving adventures. Gary’s extensive qualifications include PADI Master Instructor, IANTD Gas Blender, and MCA/RYA Yacht Master. His commitment to excellence ensures that guests at Ocean Cabanas receive top-tier diving experiences.
Liz Frost
Hailing from Nova Scotia, Canada, Liz’s early life was deeply connected to the sea. After earning her BA in English and Marketing in 1996, she pursued her passion for diving, working in Tobago as a Dive Master. In 1998, Liz became a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and soon made the Cayman Islands her home. Her diving adventures have taken her to places like Tahiti, Cozumel, Bonaire, and Hawaii. Liz’s professional credentials include PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Nikon Photo-School Instructor, and PADI IDC Staff Instructor. At Ocean Cabanas, Liz combines her love for the ocean with her dedication to guest satisfaction, ensuring a memorable stay for all.
